This meditative audiovisual experience is based on the Schumann Resonance, which is the electromagnetic frequency of Earth’s atmosphere of 7.83hz. This frequency is lower than is audible to humans, but is associated with theta and alpha brain waves related to deep meditation and insight.
With the pitch and tempo of the music tuned to 7.83hz, it is composed to the Schumann Resonance with related octaves and harmonics. This advances through 10 stages of harmonic variation, based on the circle of fourths and fifths, while maintaining a continuous binaural beat also at 7.83hz to further induce relaxation and clear the mind of chatter.
